Alongside everyday local journeys and airport runs, these are the services we arrange from Kingston upon Thames. Each page explains who it is for, what to tell us when booking and when to book ahead.
Which one do I need?
- Getting children to school and back on a regular basis: school run taxi.
- Travelling with a dog or cat: pet friendly taxi. Assistance dogs are always carried in any car.
- Going to or from a hotel, including airport hotels: hotel transfer taxi.
- Five or six passengers, or four people with lots of luggage: 6 seater taxi.
- Seven passengers: 7 seater taxi.

How booking a service works
Every service on this page is booked in the same way. Use the booking form at the top of the page or call 020 3740 4439. Tell us the pick-up address, destination, date and time, how many people are travelling, and what luggage you have. If you are booking a particular service, such as a school run or a pet-friendly ride, mention it so the right car and driver are arranged.
Airport transfers are always quoted at a fixed price. For other journeys, you will see the fare before you confirm. We are a Cab Facilitator, connecting the passengers with the licenced Minicab and Taxi service providers in the UK, with best interests of both parties.
Booking ahead
Larger cars and regular bookings are the ones to plan early. 6 and 7 seaters are in demand at weekends and in school holidays, and term-time school runs are best set up before term starts. For one-off local trips, you can usually book at short notice.
